We will email you to confirm your appointment and details of your booking. If due to demand we are unable to give you an appointment on the date or time slot you have chosen, we will email you alternative dates & time slots to choose from.

Emergency Installation Service:

If you’re living without heating and hot water, you’ll probably want a new boiler installed as soon as possible.
If you ring 01384 375080  before 1pm, we could be at your home the next day to start to install a new boiler*.

Central Heating System information


Gas (standard) central heating is the most conventional way to heat your home and is usually connected to a mains gas supply. Your boiler heats water, which is then 'pumped' around your home to your radiators and hot water cylinder if you have one.


LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is the closest alternative to mains gas and is used for central heating or hot water. LPG can be stored and delivered to your home via a pipeline.


An oil based system stores oil in a tank above ground level that is used to fuel both the heating and hot water, via pipes from the tank.


Other systems may include solid fuel.

Gas warm air system

Gas warm air systems heat your home by supplying warm air into rooms through vents in the ceiling or walls.
