HomeSure Landlord PLATINUM

Provides cover for your central heating, plus problems with your property’s plumbing, drainage, water supply pipe and electrical wiring.

What's Included

  • ALL the benefits of HomeSure Gold PLUS;
  • Repairs to all gas supply pipework inside your property, between
    your meter and your appliances (for gas), from your emergency control valve (where it enters your property) and your appliances
    (for LPG) or for Oil; Repairs to all oil line / supply pipework, inline
    oil filter, fire safety valve and tiger loop, inside and outside your property, between your oil tank and your appliances.
  • Repairs for your existing fixed electrical wiring system (inside your property & inside outbuildings as long as it has been correctly installed), fuse boxes, light switches, light fittings, wall sockets, circuit breakers and transformers inside your property & outbuildings.
  • Parts and labour for fitting standard replacement parts, for example; we will replace a brass light switch with a standard equivalent as a white plastic switch, unless you give us an alternative to use.
  • A maintenance inspection of the plumbing and the electrical fixtures & fittings in every continuous two year period of your policy.
  • An annual inspection for 1-3 appliances in the same property (i.e. gas boiler, fire and cooker)
  • A Landlord Gas Safety Report for 1-3 appliances in the same property.

to give your property greater comprehensive cover.

GAS EXTRAS

GAS APPLIANCE CHECKS

You can choose to add; an additional boiler in your property, a gas fire, water heater, stove, cooker or hob.

Whats included:

  • An annual Service and Safety Inspection of the gas appliance (s).

You can choose to add; an additional boiler in your property, a gas fire, water heater, stove, cooker or hob.

Whats included:

  • Call out, parts and labour costs for breakdown and repair for  the gas appliance (s).
  • An annual Service and Safety Inspection of the gas appliance (s).

LANDLORD APPLIANCE EXTRA CHECKS

You can choose to add additional gas appliances to your annual landlord gas safety report if there are 4 or more in your property.

Whats included:

  • Additional appliance (s) added to annual Landlord Gas Safety Report.

OIL EXTRAS

OIL APPLIANCE CHECKS

You can choose to add; an additional boiler in your property, a stove / fire or oil fired cooker.

Whats included:

  • An annual Service and Safety Inspection of the oil fired appliance (s).

OIL APPLIANCE CARE

You can choose to add; an additional boiler in your property, a stove / fire or oil fired cooker.

Whats included:

  • Call out, parts and labour costs for breakdown and repair for the oil fired appliances (s).
  • An annual Service and Safety Inspection of the oil fired appliance (s).

OIL HEATING EXTRA CARE

You can choose to include the oil line / supply pipework + connections to the oil tank and boiler; inline oil filter, fire safety valve, tiger loop, single or double oil supply pipe in your property.

Whats included:

  • Call out, parts and labour costs for breakdown and repair for the oil line / supply pipework and connections to the oil tank and boiler.
  • An annual Service and Safety Inspection of the oil line / supply pipework and connections to the oil tank and boiler.

KITCHEN APPLIANCES COVER

THIS IS AN EXTRA PACKAGE THAT LOOKS AFTER THE ELECTRIC KITCHEN APPLIANCES IN YOUR PROPERTY

You can choose to add; a washer dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, built in oven, microwave, fridge freezer, fridge or freezer.

Whats included:

  • Call out for the electric kitchen appliance (s) in your property
  • Parts and labour if your property’s kitchen appliance breaks down. An appliance can only be included if it was bought in the United Kingdom, and new (and not reconditioned or second hand) at the time of purchase. It should also be in good working order at the start of your first Period of Agreement.
  • Labour and parts for repairs or replacement of standard connecting hoses for the appliances you have chosen to include in your policy from the appliance to the service / isolation valve for the relevant appliance (s) and standard electric leads that come with these appliances.
  • A replacement if your property’s appliance is less than 3 years old* and is beyond repair.
